Operating seamlessly within a wide power supply range of 2.25V to 5.5V, this isolator facilitates voltage level translation for different scenarios. This model also features a low propagation delay of 11ns (typical) at a 5V power supply, low power consumption of 1.5mA per channel at 1Mbps, and reliable operation across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Apart from emitting low levels of electromagnetic radiation, its exceptional electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) guarantees system-level protection against ESD, EFT, and surge disturbances. It also provides ±8kV IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge protection across the isolation barrier.
