FEATURES:
- The ISO6741 digital isolator comes packed with features designed for top-notch performance.With its rapid 50 Mbps data rate, it guarantees quick data transmission. Its tough isolation barrier is built to last, handling 1500 VRMS working voltage, a strong 5000 VRMS isolation rating, and surges up to 10 kV. Plus, it's resilient against sudden changes with a ±150 kV/μs Common-Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI).
- It's super adaptable to different voltages, smoothly running between 1.71 V to 1.89 V and 2.25 V to 5.5 V. This helps it fit into various systems and lets different systems talk to each other, supporting voltage translation from 1.71 V to 5.5 V. You can also set it to default output high (ISO674x) or low (ISO674xF) as needed.
- This isolator is built to handle tough environments, working reliably from -40°C to 125°C. It's efficient too, drawing just 1.6 mA per channel at 1 Mbps and keeping delay low at 11 ns (typical) for smooth data transfer. With robust electromagnetic compatibility, it safeguards against ESD, EFT, and surges, featuring ±8 kV IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge protection across the isolation barrier and low emissions. So it guarantees dependable operation even under difficult electromagnetic circumstances.
