ATTINY13A

- This model adopts an innovative RISC design with low-power, high-performance AVR ® 8-bit microcontroller. It has the effective processing power of 120 powerful instructions, most of which run within a single clock cycle, with a throughput of up to 20 MIPS at 20 MHz. Its completely static operation ensures stable performance, and its 32x8 universal working register allows for flexible data processing.
 
- Non-volatile & Durable memory
 
- This chip series includes 1K bytes of system programmable flash memory, 64 bytes of internal SRAM, and 64 bytes of EEPROM. A highly durable non-volatile memory portion is also included. Flash offers 10000 write/delete cycles compared to EEPROM's 100,000 write/erase cycles, making it a more robust memory option for a wider range of uses.
 
- Adaptable auxiliary features
 
- The microcontroller is equipped with a number of peripheral functions, including a 4-channel, 10-bit ADC with an internal reference voltage and an 8-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels and a prescaler. It also has a programmable watchdog timer and an independent on-chip oscillator. For precise signal comparison, it also has an on-chip analog comparator.
