Featuring an 8-pin SOIC package and an 8-pin DFN package with superior power dissipation capability, the driver can efficiently handle heavier capacitive or resistive loads, extending its adaptability.

The TC4424 exhibits exceptional speed, quickly managing 1800 pF gate capacitance in less than 20 ns. It accepts direct input from TTL or CMOS and operates over a wide voltage range from 2.4V to 18V. Integrated 300 mV hysteresis ensures noise immunity and provides immunity to slow rising or falling waveforms.

With a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the TC4424 proves to be highly versatile and suitable for applications across a variety of temperature environments.
