FEATURES:
Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage's TLP291 series optoisolators are thin, compact devices with an infrared diode and phototransistor connected. It provides dependable performance with an 80V minimum collector-emitter voltage, 3750Vrms isolation, and operating temperatures between -55°C and 110°C. It is approved by VDE and UL 1577, among other safety standards, making it appropriate for a range of uses.
